Perhaps try and make the colour scheme consistent throughout the magazine so that it all matches. You have included the page number 57 twice in your contents page which needs to be amended and you need to included titles on the other two page numbers.

For your front cover I would link all the text you have usd excluding your title and move it all up slightly to fill the blank space below you title and then make "WEEJII" slightly bigger so it stands out more. I would make the barcode slightly thinner so it is exactly in lin with your prices you have used. Your contents is a really good design, however I would make sure that the lines used on the page are all the same thickness, and then I would link the whole features section and move it up slightly to fill the blank space and then add one more section of text to fill the gap. For your double page spread make the lines next to "WEEJII" so they are exactly in line with article. You need to consider the colour scheme used for your contents and double page spread as it is different to your front cover.
